Working with the Vice President of Finance for this Energy Services provider, the critical business issue was meeting compliance standards for operating divisions of the company because the operations data was difficult to access and analyze.
One of the reasons for the difficulty accessing data was due to a non-existent integrated financial, distribution and payroll system. With many worldwide operations, the client required a solution that supported multiple languages and currencies.
The client’s vision was to streamline their business processes and update their plant management facilities and equipment.
SOLUTION
With extensive knowledge of ERP solutions and the energy industry, Fenway worked with the company to document business processes and workflow.
Fenway implemented their Enterprise Resource Planning system and supply chain software solution to meet their operational needs.
